We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Website Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, development, and optimization of our E-Commerce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless user experience, driving online sales, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage the E-Commerce website, ensuring smooth functionality, up-time, and performance.
- Optimize website UX/UI for improved conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Work with developers and designers to implement website enhancements, features, and integrations.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, visuals and promotions.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize user experience and sales.
- Ensure security and compliance with E-Commerce regulations and payment processing standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team on its strategies to ensure increased traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with relevant teams on website analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports.
- Manage third-party integrations, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and support the implementation of a CRM system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT or developers when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging E-Commerce technologies.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce website management.
- Proven experience in E-Commerce website management, preferably on Magento.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and web analytics tools.
- Experience with website CMS, HTML, CSS, and basic coding is a plus.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with an ERP system and excel to pull data and provide analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of online payment systems, shipping logistics, and customer service best practices.
