We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Custom Kit technician. This position involves using printing and pressing machines to create custom kits. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, hardworking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Train to use appropriate machinery to assist in manufacturing process, including heat press and embroidery machines
  • Assist in printing and artwork preparation
  • Printing: Operate printing and heat press machines to apply logos, numbers, and other custom elements to kits
  • Quality Control: Inspect completed kits to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of materials and supplies needed for kit customisation and notify the supervisor of any shortages
  • Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
  • Any ad hoc duties as they arise
  • Manage personal workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines independently
  • Actively seek opportunities to grow business within the department
  • Impact on the wider business and align with the company goals
  • The ability to approach and raise issues with other departments
  • Have Self-awareness and be accountable for role and responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to operate machinery (training provided if necessary)
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English with strong grammatical and spelling ability
  • Ability to simplify complex problems or processes
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Standing, walking, and moving around the warehouse for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity for operating equipment and handling materials
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
  • Experience in apparel customisation is preferable
