We are looking for a Senior Product Developer to join our growing and dynamic team to take on responsibilities for new sports ranges, as well as developing our existing ones. You’ll be involved in every stage of the Product Development life cycle and will have unrivalled exposure to skills and career development opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Carry out and oversee end-to-end Product Development; creating innovative, exciting and high-quality products which follow structured processes implemented within the team, maintaining collaborative communication across the business to ensure a smooth and successful product development, sign off and launch
  • Conduct extensive market research to analyse current market trends, competitor products and strategies, and to build extensive product ranges; you’ll need to collate and confidently present this information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain high levels of knowledge in your own assigned product categories and work continuously to expand our product range and market coverage across 30+ sports
  • Ensure all suppliers and products undergo a thorough sourcing and due diligence process, test product samples and provide comprehensive feedback and effectively manage supplier relationships, all with the aim of supplying high quality products to our customers
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to ensure best prices and terms, use market knowledge to provide pricing analysis on products within your categories
  • Comfortably manage multiple ongoing projects at varying levels

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing your time effectively to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong desire to achieve results and meet both internal and external targets
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to situations when they don’t go to plan
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with both domestic and international suppliers
  • Microsoft Excel experience (essential) and an overall understanding of Microsoft 365
  • Over 2 years’ experience within Product Development, Buying, Procurement or Product Design is essential
  • A passion for sports is highly beneficial
